• Function: to enclose the other elements and to withstand internal pressure.

2. Sealing gasket for food (O-Ring seal):

• Features: suitable for use with foodstuffs, extra-thick and high chemical resistance (please check product resistance).
• Function: to seal the installation hermetically.

3. Washer:

• Features: rigid flat ring.
• Function: to calibrate the pipe and to compress the o-ring seal.

4. Insert:

• Features: serrated edge.
• Function: to capture, shape, drag and place the pipe.                     

5. Nut:

• Features: trapezoidal metric, thicker threads on the surface to help tighten and to strengthen against twist.
• Function: to shape and adjust the other elements of the hermetic system.

EasyFixSyr• Installation

1. Place the nut, the insert, the compression washer and the o-ring seal in the pipe.

2. Place the pipe in the fitting until you feel a smooth adjustment (EasyFixSyr• system).

3. Bring the elements forward to the body.

4. Tighten the nut by hand and then firmly with a wrench. TheEasyFixSyr• system finishes the installation: gripping, pulling, lodging and blocking the pipe with every turn. Perfect installation warranty for 50 years.
